SCHOOL GROUNDS ARE CLOSED FOR ENTIRETY OF LOCKDOWN
Council grounds have closed down, and we have been getting multiple reports that children are going to school playgrounds as a result.
From midnight tonight, there is a total lockdown and that means that no-one at all will be allowed on school grounds for the duration of the lockdown.
